Who performs the treatments at Cosmetic Facial Aesthetics?

All treatments are performed by Kila Skellenger, BSN, RN, a registered nurse with 37 years of nursing experience. Kila is highly trained in cosmetic injection techniques and provides personalized care for every client.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for all prospective clients. During your consultation, Kila will assess your concerns, discuss treatment options, and create a customized plan tailored to your goals.

What areas do you serve?

We are at 17226 Mercury Dr., Suite 200, Houston, TX 77058, in the Clear Lake and NASA area, and serve clients throughout Greater Houston including Webster, Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, Kemah, Seabrook, Nassau Bay, Pasadena, Pearland, Dickinson, and Texas City.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and offer financing options. Payment is due at the time of service.

What is the difference between Daxxify and Xeomin?

Botox, Daxxify and Xeomin all reduce wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles. Daxxify is known for its longer-lasting results (up to 6 months), while Xeomin is a 'naked' formulation without additives, which may reduce the risk of developing resistance over time. During your consultation, Kila will recommend the best option for you.

What facial fillers do you use?

We use Revanesse and Versa facial fillers, which are FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers. They are excellent for restoring volume, enhancing contours, and smoothing lines with natural-looking results.

What is a Vampire Facial?

A Vampire Facial combines platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood with RF microneedling to stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, and restore your natural glow. It's a minimally invasive treatment with minimal downtime.

How does the medical weight loss program work?

Our medical weight loss program uses Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, proven medications that help control appetite and blood sugar. Treatment is medically supervised and tailored to your individual goals, with regular check-ins to monitor progress and adjust your plan. Injections start at $175.

Before & After Your Visit

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 7 days before injectable treatments. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment. Come with a clean face, free of makeup if possible.

Is there downtime after treatments?

Most injectable treatments have minimal downtime. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at injection sites, which typically resolves within a few days. Botox, Daxxify and Xeomin results appear within 3-7 days. Filler results are immediate. Vampire Facials may have 1-3 days of redness.

How long do results last?

All treatments vary slightly from patient to patient, and every treatment is discussed at your initial consultation and at each visit after it. Generally: Botox, Daxxify and Xeomin last 3-4 months, with Daxxify holding up to 6 for some patients; facial fillers last about a year; peptides are recommended weekly for best results; weight loss injections are recommended weekly, or every other week for some patients; and IV therapy is recommended every 1-4 weeks depending on the reason for the infusion.
