Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: August 7, 2026

If any part of this website stops you getting the information you need, call or text 832-795-2677 and we will help you directly.

Our Commitment

Cosmetic Facial Aesthetics is a nurse-led practice, and the same duty of care we bring to treatment applies to this website. We want anyone to be able to read about our services, understand our pricing, and get in touch, regardless of how they browse the web or what assistive technology they use.

The Standard We Work To

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the criteria referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in web-accessibility matters and adopted widely as the practical benchmark. We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as the target we work toward, not a certification we claim.

What We Have Done

Every image on this site carries descriptive alternative text. Form fields are properly labelled for screen readers. Pages declare a language, use a single main heading, and are laid out so they can be read at a range of window sizes and zoom levels without content being lost. Interactive controls are reachable by keyboard, colour is not used as the only way of conveying meaning, and touch targets are sized for people who find small controls difficult.

Known Gaps

We would rather name the problems than imply there are none. Some headings on our treatment pages do not follow a strict sequential order, because our frequently asked questions are rendered by a shared component that begins its questions at a deeper heading level than the section that introduces them. We are working with the platform vendor to correct this. We also do not yet publish captions or transcripts, because the site does not currently host any audio or video. If we add media, captions will go with it.

If Something Is Not Accessible to You

Please tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the information another way. Call or text Kila directly on 832-795-2677, or email kila@cosmeticfacialaesthetics.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days, and we will not ask you to explain your disability in order to be helped. If you need to book a consultation, discuss a treatment, or ask about pricing and the website is in your way, the phone works and Kila answers it herself.

Ongoing Review

Accessibility is not a one-off project. We review this site as it changes and when the guidelines are updated. This statement records where we genuinely stand rather than a claim of perfection, and we will revise it as gaps are closed or new ones are found.
