Cosmetic Facial Aesthetics was founded by Kila Skellenger, BSN, RN — a registered nurse with over 35 years of healthcare experience — to bring professional-grade cosmetic treatments to the Webster and greater Houston community in a warm, welcoming environment.
After decades in critical care and surgical nursing at some of Texas's most respected hospitals, Kila recognized that many people wanted access to safe, effective aesthetic treatments without the intimidation of a large clinic or the uncertainty of unqualified providers. She combined her deep medical expertise with a passion for holistic wellness to create a nurse-led med spa where clients receive personalized attention and expert care.
Located in Webster, TX, the practice specializes in non-surgical cosmetic treatments including Botox, Juvederm and Revanesse dermal fillers, Kybella, dermaplaning, chemical peels, PRP facials, IV therapy, and medical weight loss — all administered with the precision and safety standards that come from 35+ years in nursing.
