Cosmetic Facial Aesthetics was founded by Kila Skellenger, BSN, RN, a registered nurse with 37 years of healthcare experience, to bring professional-grade cosmetic treatments to the Webster and greater Houston community in a warm, welcoming environment.
After decades in critical care and surgical nursing at some of Texas's most respected hospitals, Kila recognized that many people wanted access to safe, effective aesthetic treatments without the intimidation of a large clinic or the uncertainty of unqualified providers. She created a nurse-led, owner-run med spa where every client is seen personally. No rotating staff, no junior techs, just expert care and individualized attention.
The practice has served the Clear Lake, NASA and Webster area for 9 years. It specializes in non-surgical cosmetic treatments including Botox, Daxxify and Xeomin injections, Revanesse / Versa facial fillers, Vampire Facial (PRP + RF microneedling), IV therapy, peptide and vitamin injections, and medical weight loss with Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.
